Where you choose to cancel your booking, you should inform us immediately through email or by calling us directly. We understand that circumstances change. Up to 90 days prior to your departure date, you can receive a full refund on your deposit. In fewer than 90 days, the deposit is non-refundable however it can be used to rebook a future date within a year.

If your charter has been canceled due to unforeseen weather circumstances or a weather advisory from the coast guard, we will refund you 100% or reschedule your charter at the earliest available date.
